Medrx Pharmacy

My experience at MedRx Pharmacy was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere, let alone at a pharmacy where professionalism should be the standard. The pharmacist, Mike, was shockingly rude and dismissive from the start. Instead of being helpful, he spoke with a nasty attitude and acted like answering basic questions was somehow a burden. When people are coming to a pharmacy, they’re often dealing with health issues, stress, or medication concerns — the last thing anyone needs is to be treated with disrespect. To make things worse, the place seems completely disorganized. I was told their fax machine “wasn’t working,” which apparently is a regular occurrence. If your entire system depends on receiving prescriptions and documents from doctors, how is your fax

Good reception and quick service

My neighborhood pharmacy been coming here for a little over 9 years just need an increase in delivery not a easy place to pick up your medicine the location has no parking

Medalliance RX is a pretty decent pharmacy I also find convenient bc My primary doctor is known to the techs so if for any reason they need to contact my primary doc they can call him or in some days he’s working right across the hall from pharmacy The workers are polite I have to either walk a good walk or take the bus but I’d rather take that extra step to have my meds on time bc since I’ve been with my primary doc and this pharmacy my health is stable and I have many issues with my health but Thank God and those working with my well being. I won’t change neither my Doc or pharmacy
