The middle-aged staff member was extremely unprofessional. I was given medication at an incorrect dosage, and when I questioned it, both he and a female black colleague argued with me and made threats. Their behavior was rude, inappropriate, and unacceptable.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I tried to use GOODRX and the pharmacy mgr tried to charge me more than $160 vs the quoted $26.01!!! My prescription was for 165 pills of finasteride (1 year supply) by my doc (no refills as I’m leaving the country for 1 year) The pharmacy mgr tried first to give me only 90 pills for $48.. saying that the prescription was specifically saying that (FALSE) then when I complained and showed him the prescription on my phone he magically found it (365 pills) and he would charge me $160+. When I complained that with the GOODRX coupon the price was much lower he told me that I still got a good price… ?!?! When I refused to pay he forced me to leave the store rudely. I went today for my medication. They did not have my medication in store . So , I asked them about where I can pick up my medicine. The guy said I don’t know and I asked them that they supposed to know because they have accepted my insurance . Being a patient , sympathetically and technically you are supposed to talk to patient with care . People coming to pharmacy don’t come because they want to enjoy but because they are not feeling well. So , at least you should be sorry for not able to help or say sorry , I don’t know but instead with a rude attitude. Wonderful experience. The pharmacist was fast and extremely helpful. Far more personal than CVS or RiteAid. I will be having all my prescriptions filled here.
