Terrible experience, long wait time all across the board for a simple physical. There’s only one person working at the front desk taking calls and admitting patients. Techs are rude and very unhelpful.. no sense of urgency considering I’m paying out of pocket. I waited in this waiting room for over 30 minutes for the provider to come in and examine me because they decided to take a meeting during this time. It’s highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. Although I didn’t have an appointment, there weren’t that many people in the lobby and all I’m getting is a simple physical. Do better. And eating at the same place where urine samples are being tested is DISGUSTING.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the quick service at the location. The gentleman that is working, his name is Tari and he was so thorough quick, and amazingly empathetic and understanding that I would think that he deserves a raise, or some kind of a promotion for the way that he’s treating clients. I think everyone met right but I want to underline the young man. I think he has a long way that he will be going in his career and he’s a real asset to the office.

I dont know who didnt have their breakfast this morning or who man left them the day before but 2/9 whoever the female working the drug screen had attitude for no reason sucking her teeth walking away because I said I told dude at the front desk I needed some water before my test and was waiting for cups. He was busy with other walk ins and did his thing but she acted like I ruined her entire day because I wanted to wait til i had to use the bathroom to take a piss test… like its not that serious lady I wake up 430am for work every day, go to bed earlier or leave a health care profession where you gotta see people on the daily. I can only speak from my own experience but do better

I had a good experience. I came here for the first time, and my employer sent me for a drug test. I registered via QR-code. And a few minutes later he was sent to undergo tests. No one entered the booth with me and I quickly got free. I can’t say anything negative about my premises.

I walked all the way in the rain not feeling well and they wanted to charge me $250 to get a flu test. In my book, you are the worst possible care facility if you overcharge or turn people down who need care. Thumbs down. City MD all the way always and forever.
