I had a great experience with the technician Jonathan B. He was professional, courteous and compassionate. The cleanliness of the facility was a 5 out of 5. My actual encounter with the doctor was pleasant as well. I would definitely recommend this facility and would come back.

I was absolutely impressed with this Urgent Care. You have top notch staff from the check in desk, medical assistants, NP. Fantastic professionals who take the time to be polite, caring and explain everything thoroughly. One of the best urgent cares I have been to in the Bronx! I went for a follow up after battling Flu and Strep and also got a drug screening done for my new job. Thank you for everything to everyone that took care of me yesterday. A special thank you to NP Diane Pollack. She is wonderful ❤️

The medical center is highly unprofessional. The waiting times are unreasonably long, and the staff’s work is careless and unprofessional. I had to wait for an entire hour just to take a drug test without any valid reason. In similar facilities, the process is much faster and requires far less paperwork. However, in this center, there is an excessive amount of unclear and unnecessary forms to fill out.

Today, the PCA and MA, Solanyi, were professional, thorough, and patient—even giving me bathroom instructions, and I still got lost! Unfortunately, the NP provider, Diane, was disappointing. I waited an hour to be called back and another 20 minutes while she engaged in personal conversations, despite knowing I was ready in room #3. She did not introduce herself, and I was not seen before testing was done. She provided little explanation of the plan of care, could not clarify who would follow up, and cited seeing “70 patients a day,” which was irrelevant. This reflected poor communication, lack of continuity of care, and disregard for my time.

I admire the professionalism that the staff members have.I was coming in for a first time visit also, xrays.one of the nurse was very friendly, courtious within My visit. The Dr. attended to my concerns of My left foot.
