I had a great experience at this urgent care and can’t say enough about the team. Reese at the front desk was awesome — she made check-in quick and easy and even helped me charge my phone while I waited, which I really appreciated. The NP was honest, direct, and genuinely attentive. I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind and didn’t treat me like just another patient. That level of care makes a huge difference. Kaitlyn was also wonderful — kind, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions. Overall, an awesome team that made what could have been a stressful visit feel smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend!

This was our first stop after driving from another urgent care location, and the experience was night and day. We received incredibly quick and high-quality service. Shantell was very professional and took excellent care of my son. The young lady at the front desk also provided top-tier customer service from the moment we walked in. ​The doctor was fantastic—not only knowledgeable but also super friendly. Super easy online scheduling process and Reese and Shantel quickly got me checked in and back in a room. A brief chat and exam by PA Kevin and I was out the door in 20 minutes with my concerns addressed. Would def recommend!

These guys get you in very quick and are all very helpful and nice. Even with a change of insurance, I was checked in promptly and seen by the nurse within about 5 mins. Not to mention the updates made to this facility are amazing. It’s very new and clean. Definitely recommend. They obviously take urgent care appts, but my nurse, Shantell let me know they also see patients on a primary care basis.
