Robin is great. I had a quick but thorough cleaning from her. My issue is that I was rescheduled twice (once because they stopped offering Saturday appointments, once because the hygienist was out sick), which meant I had more than six months between my cleanings. The receptionist I spoke with was not very sympathetic when rescheduling me. If my appointment is cancelled because of an issue at the practice, I’d hope for a bit more kindness and willingness to try to get the patient rescheduled closer to their original appointment date. The last time I went, no dentist checked in on me at all, I only had the hygienist. I know dental offices are understaffed generally, but you can really feel it here. New patient experience: front desk staff were friendly and efficient, the setting was nice but I didn't see much of it since my wait time was very short (which was great). The dental hygienist was incredibly kind, patient, professional, empathetic, and took great care of me. I really appreciated her working with me because I struggle bad during dentist visits. I did not enjoy my experience with the doctor I saw, I don't know his name because he didn't introduce himself before prodding away at my mouth. He wasn't attentive or professional, asked no questions about my dental history or experiences, and completely disregarded a request I made. It felt more like I was just a name on a checklist for his day and not like he actually cared about me as a patient, it felt cold. I'm going to try

Hygienist was friendly and did a good job. Waited 20 minutes for the dentist to give me an examination. Then, waited an additional 10 minutes to checkout. The primary checkout person was assisting another patient so she instructed me to see someone else that was not ready to help me at all.

First Bryan the hygienist is fantastic. I have seen him for years. Unfortunately their billing department,or lack thereof, is the worst. They cannot deal with the volume. Last time I had to send them a copy of an EOB to get a bill adjusted. Even then It took 4 phone calls. Now the same thing happened with my bill. They know the insurance companies and they should know the rightoffs the insurance companies use. They were the only option in town under the old state insurance plan. Now they are not and even though I love Bryan I am questioning co tinging having to call every 6 months to get my bill sorted out. Clients should not be put in this position.

This place is an absolute disaster. I have had probably at least 5 appointments cancelled by them at the last minute the past 2 years. Had an appointment for December. Called to cancel last minute after I'd already taken off work. Rescheduled for January. Called again to cancel last minute some bs excuse about the hygienist being unavailable. Probably hungover. Grudgingly rescheduled again for this week. Called today less than 24 hours before the appointment to cancel as hygienist again won't be able to make it in. Secretary was very rude and disrespectful. Please just go elsewhere. This is the worst run place I've ever seen.
