Had a very positive experience here! The front desk workers were friendly and helpful the moment I walked in. I saw Josephine first, who was super kind and made sure I felt comfortable during my appointment. The doctor was also great at answering any questions or concerns I had. Overall a smooth and quick experience!

10/10 recommend! I had an emergency health issue and they took me in immediately and helped assess what was going on. The process felt very efficient without being rushed. Both the nurse and the provider gave me plenty of time to ask questions and walk me through every aspect of my condition. The provider even called me the following morning to check in on me: asking if I got my prescriptions filled, seeing how I was feeling overall, and again asking if I had any more questions. I’ve never had an urgent care call to check on me before. It was so sweet and considerate. Would go back in a heartbeat.

I would like to express that I have been treated with professionalism and distinguished patient care. It was my first time there and from beggining to the end I've felt respected and generously welcomed. Everyone has this sense of kindness that all sick patient would like to receive when needing special atention. Top notch! Thank you and congratulations!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this urgent care, and unfortunately had the same experience as the previous reviewer. I came in feeling awful—persistent dry cough, green phlegm, chest pain, and rattling/whistling breathing. I explained all of this to the doctor, who did quick swab tests, said the rapid tests were negative, and basically sent me home with instructions to drink fluids and take ibuprofen. This visit was on February 17th at 12:21 PM (the time I paid). It felt dismissive, especially considering how unwell I felt. The visit lasted about 10 minutes and still cost me $50 out of pocket. I heard nothing back afterward. By the next day, I felt even worse and ended up at Mount Sinai ER, where they actually took the time to listen to my symptoms, ran blood tests and im
