Dear MedPlus Urgent Care Clinic Team, (Tupelo,MS Dec.30, 2025) I would like to sincerely thank you for the kindness, respect, and professionalism you showed during my recent visit to your facility in Tupelo, Mississippi. Although you were unable to directly address my medical needs at the time, I truly appreciate the care and concern you demonstrated by promptly referring me to another medical facility to ensure my emergency was properly taken care of. Your willingness to go the extra step made a meaningful difference and did not go unnoticed. (My care and needs were for a facial wound that needed stitches). Thank you again for your compassion, clear communication, and dedication to patient care. It is greatly appreciated.

I love this place and NP Stormy Valentine and her assistant were awesome! They took very good care of me while taking my stitches out.

They were all amazing and very good at listening to my symptoms and caring. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful. I would recommend them all the way.

I had a great experience. I took my granddaughter up there with the paperwork for being a new patient we still was in the back seeing the doctor within 30 minutes. I will use this clinic again. The nurse practitioner we saw really took the time to listen and was great with her. The nurses and office staff was so nice. The clinic was very clean and nice. From my first experience I was truly pleased and immediately called my daughter and told her how great they were. Will recommend this clinic.

Paige Long couldn’t diagnose my son who takes blood thinners and was worried about a blood clot in his leg. She took a white blood cell count and was sure it wasn’t swollen lymph nodes. However still sent him to get an ultrasound while refusing him antibiotics. Well the ultrasound showed exactly swollen lymph nodes. This place is doomed for amalpractice lawsuit and only cares about money. The “nurse practitioners” are all fresh out of school and completely incapable of treating anyone.
