MedPlus Pharmacy

This is hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but that just wouldn’t be fair to the amazing team here. The pharmacist is incredibly friendly, consistently reliable, and always easy to reach by phone if I have any questions. They've never had an issue getting my medications, including specialty meds, and their customer service is excellent. They’re in network with my insurance, but honestly, even if they weren’t, I’d still choose to come here. That’s how good they are. It’s not easy to find a place that feels both professional and genuinely caring, but MedPlus manages to do both.

Businesses that do not understand the importance of their products to patients shouldn't exist. MedPlus is completely disorganized and dishonest, one out of three shipments is incorrect or not on time. Currently my father is sitting in the hospital because they sent the wrong tube feeding supplement to the house (for the second time) - the reason it is wrong is that it makes my father vomit (he is bed bound and can't move, so vomiting is a pretty big deal as he could choke and die). My mother called to correct, they said they would have the right cases out by Monday but once again we would have to eat the nearly $1k in incorrect tube feed nutrition because it entered the home. Monday, nothing, Tuesday, nothing, Wednesday, nothing Thursday nothing, Friday they're closed for the holiday. Sa

The pharmacist and staff are amazing. in this very difficult time, I see them delivering the best service with a big smile. I personally Do not like the big companies, as CVS, or Rite Aid and love the local community pharmacies and support them. The MedPlus pharmacy is a unique in this time. highly recommend them. thank you for the amazing service.

Very fast and professional staff. It's night and day compared to the big box pharmacies.. The only bummer is that they aren't open very late and their parking lot is really difficult to get in and out of. Otherwise the prices are competitive and sometimes cheaper, there usually isn't a wait and I've never had a problem with call in prescriptions. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

They deliver for free and the prices are low! I have bought several medicines from them for myself and my family members and they have provided amazing customer service. One time they delivered a medicine and my wife didn't have the right flexible spending account debit card and they still left the medicine without getting the money! It was $100 for the medicine and we paid them later!
