MedPack

My mother has Medpack at her assisted living facility. She has recently started hospice services. Since she receives hospice, they pay for some of her medications. Several times in the past 4 months the medication that hospice covers were on her bill. The first time I called it took about 45 minutes to straighten it out. The next bill I received had not taken off the amount I paid for the last bill, and included a medication that hospice covers. Hospice had given them a list of covered medication. Not happy with their service.

Medpack's staff really went the extra mile for me today not taking no for an answer dealing with health insurance bureaucracy. My efforts had gotten me at best 3 weeks to get things sorted out and prescriptions approved, and they got it done the same day. Really appreciate the support!
