MedOne Urgent Care

Been there couple of times for sore throat & then ear ache. Staff was very good, fast, friendly. Treatment was excellent. The manager Crystal was exceptional.

MedOne Urgent Care is a hidden gem! Even though I have a wonderful GP, there have been several situations after hours where I needed care and MedOne was excellent. I have also brought my parents and my husband at various times, and received the same great response where the staff really listened to what was needed and addressed those needs. Great alternative to the ER!

Wonderful kind caring staff! They quickly get you in and out and truly listen to your needs. Very refreshing and different from other urgent care clinics that only offer a one fits all approach. This clinic is different; they truly care!

A big thank you to the team at MedOne Urgent Care on Hwy 200 in the Jasmine Plaza! After two Tele-Med consultations and ten days of coughing, I finally went in — and they got me in and out quickly with an aggressive, well-thought-out plan to get me back to wellness. I had considered going to the ER at West Marion, but I knew that would likely be an all-day affair. I wish there was a way to give negative stars. This place is nothing but a scam. Doc McStuffins has better patient care than this money grab. When the practitioner came in, she gave me no chance to explain my symptoms and I can't even call what she did an examination because there was absolutely nothing examined. No exaggeration, she was in the room less than two minutes, said there was nothing wrong and provided me ear drops. When I called and said I've made no progress what did she do? Prescribe me more drops. I had to then go somewhere else, where they determined I had a sinus/ear infection so bad that they gave me steroid and pain management shots in the office followed by antibiotics. The infection was so bad I was at risk of my ear drum RUPTURING. I could not imagine going to school
