State closed down facility. For what? No idea. Bethesda now has a lack of immediate medical care as a result. This doctor used to always be there and was always helpful.

I’ve visited Med One Walk-In Clinic twice now, and both times I was incredibly impressed with the care I received from Dr. Eric Felber. The first time I went in for a really uncomfortable episode of ear fullness, and the second time was when I had come down with COVID. In both cases, Dr. Felber was not only professional and thorough, but also extremely efficient. Honestly, the whole experience was smoother and more helpful than any visit I’ve ever had at Kaiser Permanente. There was hardly any waiting time, and I felt genuinely cared for—not rushed or overlooked. Dr. Felber took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I had exactly what I needed to recover. It’s rare to find a walk-in clinic that operates this efficiently while still delivering such high-quality care. I would

A basic clinic, convenient for common ailments. Friendly staff. Still don’t understand why they have carpeting in the bathroom…

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Felber and his practice. While other Urgent Care facilities are too busy making you fill out paperwork and make you sit for long periods, Dr. Felber is more focused on the patient and helping them get better. We have been to his office many, many times over the past 15 years for everything from shots, vaccines, to broken bones and sprained wrists/ankles.....and we will continue going.

Do not go here if you are looking for quality care. If I could give zero stars, I would. If my mother had taken the word of the doctor here, she would have died. He diagnosed her with pneumonia, and did not tell her to do any follow up. She actually had a pulmonary embolism and required a CT scan for a definitive diagnosis.
