MedNow Urgent Care - Wheeler Rd.

I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was kind and patient. The atmosphere was clean and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. I’ll definitely be back here. The nurse I had, bless her heart, was so kind and patient with me as I’m not the easiest person to swab for illnesses. I cannot remember her name otherwise I’d mention it here. The doctor was also very kind and thorough and he truly seemed to care about my concerns and symptoms. Thank y’all for what you do🩷

In the past I didn't care for going to this location. But now I really like it. But for someone like me, I don't like going to medical facilities. It's just not my thing. I get anxious about it. But I go back every 2 years. (More often for random drug and alcohol screens) It made my visit for a DOT physical better than usual. Keep it up. For once I felt at home there. No complaints

I’ve had several different health issues over the past six weeks and have needed multiple illness visits. Throughout it all, Dr. Hall, Tasha, and the entire nursing staff have been absolutely amazing. They are patient, compassionate, and always make me feel heard and cared for. I truly appreciate the level of attention and professionalism they provide. Highly recommend this office!

I think the check-in/check-out process is easy. I’ve never had to wait very long, neither in the waiting room or in the exam room. Dr. Hall is fantastic. I have never felt rushed. He’s a great listener and very helpful. He sends meds to the pharmacy via computer, which saves time. Also, I recently brought my elderly Aunt who had a negative experience elsewhere. After seeing Dr. Hall, she raved and raved on how good, kind and helpful he was. We hope he never retires! : ). The staff who answers the phone are kind and helpful. The nurses are helpful and very friendly. It’s a very large and clean facility.

The nurse and PA were both pleasant, professional, and very efficient. They were thorough and took the time to check every possible diagnosis, which I really appreciated. The entire staff was super friendly, and best of all—I was in and out in under an hour.
