MedNow Urgent Care - Walton Way

I went on Monday am to be seen and nurse Carrie was wonderful!!! Her and Andrea Doak got me all fixed up! They took great care of me and were super nice and professional. I am already feeling much better! I had to go back today with my husband and nurse Jennifer was exceptional as well! Along with Andrea. They’ve got him all fixed up and on the way to feeling better! I def give this care team of nurses and providers 5 stars! They were fantastic all the way around for both my visit and my husbands visit!

Andrea Byrd-Doak, PA-C is the most amazing healthcare provider at this office! She always goes the extra mile for her patients, listens to them and is always there to answer questions. She is one of those providers that will call to check on her patients. We Love Her!!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this location! Every time I’ve been here they are so kind and professional, and Andrea Byrd-Doak never makes you feel unheard or dismisses your concerns. Even on days like today when the waiting room is crammed full of people and the phones are ringing off the hook, you can clearly see that they have been working nonstop but have handled it all with a smile 😊 I’m sure during the holidays some people have been upset about the wait times, but in my opinion it is well worth it. Especially when you are getting top notch medical care from people who are truly invested in your well being!

Always Courteous….the Receptionist is always friendly and Very helpful. If she needs additional information from you, she does not discuss it openly. She will ask you to come inside.. the Nurses have Always treated me well..I love my nurse I have now. And Dr. Adrian is the BEST.. I hope she Never leaves this location.

I use this locations often, as it is close to work. They get me in and out quickly with their friendly and professional staff. The entire team from the receptionist, to the nurses and the doctor are all friendly and easy to talk to. I use this locations much like my primary physician’s office!
