MedNow Urgent Care

Have been getting a bill for over a year that is not legitimate. The claim for my visit was never submitted to my Insurance company. I have asked that it be properly submitted several times by posting messages to their portal with my correct insurance information (they do not answer the phone). I would never go here again.

Been getting bills and invoices from over a year ago. I cannot get a hold of anyone. our insurance company covers urgent care and I paid my co-pay. Every business associated with this company is not responding either to phone calls, nor emails. In fact, they’re all “out of business” I’m questioning whether they are legitimate

As others have shared. I am getting bills from over a year ago. Apparently they accepted my co-pay but never shared that they were out-of-network. Now I am getting these ridiculous invoices for fairly standard medical actions. Now, you cannot get ahold of anyone. No wonder why they are closed. It is a shame because I liked their NPs.

I received a bill last week for a service provided 13 months prior. The telephone number for customer inquiries took me to a voicemail that stated staffing issues prevent representatives from answering phones. The voicemail provided a number for “management” which never returned my call. I sent an email explaining my concerns and an individual responded. Within the email he noted that I should be aware of their staffing issues. I would rather experience an inordinate amount of pain than communicate or visit any of this company’s facilities. As an aside, I was billed for a questionable “leg cast.” I recommend exploring other options.

I've been to a handful of Urgent Care facilities, and this is HANDS DOWN the very best I've visited! As much as I want to keep this gem a secret, they are a top-notch team! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you ladies of MedNow for the highest quality care and for being the sweetest, most polite and caring staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting!
