MedNow Urgent Care

Just wanted to share that the everything was great at this location. The staff was very friendly and smiled. The Doctor was great. I thought I may need stitches but found out I was past the 10 hour mark for receiving stitches.. so they cleaned out my deep cut and bandages me up and sent me home with antibiotics and ointment. I was in and out within 1 hour. I would highly recommend this location !

My family has been to this location several times. It is always quick, including the visit with the Dr, usually only 2 mins in the room with us. In my experience this is the best option if you need a scholl/work excuse or for them to just prescribe a bunch of meds hoping one works. Ive decided to write this review because my boyfriend went there 2 days ago, he was in and out in 10 mins. He had been having a bad cough and feeling extremely fatigued. They looked in his nose and throat and said it was a sinus infection and prescribed him antibiotics and cough syrup. The next evening I decided to give him an at home covid test, and it was positive. So those antibiotics were useless. They should have done a nose swab to test for flu & covid (tis the season) and they could have prescribed him th

I loved that I could schedule an appointment online and submit my information so that my check-in would be quicker. As soon as I got there, I didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes before I was seen. The staff were very friendly and professional. Chris diagnosed my medical issue quickly and determined the proper treatment. I left within 30 minutes.

Chris Schiffbauer diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection on Wednesday, and told me he would call in an antihistamine and cough suppressant. He only called in the cough suppressant to the wrong pharmacy. He said to call him back the next day if I felt worse, which I have several times and he still hasn’t gotten back to me. Then one of the front desk staff was extremely rude to me on the phone when I voiced my concern about not hearing back and hung up on me. On the other hand, my boyfriend received extremely good care on Sunday for his upper respiratory infection and has made a full recovery.

Having recently relocated to the area, we used their Washington Road office in Augusta for our urgent care needs. Based on our experience their, we have established primary care at the Evans office. On our first visit, they did not disappoint. They seen all three of us at one time and took excellent care of us!
