Han Martinez Medminder’s pharmacy manager was super helpful. And went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience with a situation I had been going thru with my doctor with communication issues. And was of great help in making sure I received the service I needed. Great person and superior customer service.

My parents had to wait 4 days for them to get life supporting Perscriptions to them. Two nurses and finally two doctors had to call and my parents’ health has suffered due to their incompetence.

Something seems to have changed in the last 3 months or so because they were great previously. I’ve had to call about the last 3 or 4 deliveries being later than their normal window I had become accustomed to, to the point of arriving the day I need to take them. (Hard when you take some early am) Yesterday I called TWICE trying to find out when I’m getting delivery, I have no answers AND I’m now completely out with one med (shot) actually overdue / late. They need to get their stuff back together. I want to ask them who their biggest competitors are and I’ll go do business with them. Looks like you need new management over there cause this makes all your employees look bad. Shame on you. Do better.

I have been without medication since Friday evening till the present time Sunday 5:40 pm, three days. My medication was supposed to be here today Sunday from 2:30pm -5:30 pm. I was/am a U.S Army Traumma / Vietnam nurse with a PHD. I am contiplating speaking with my Federal Military Attorney as I could become very sick, as I have severe PTSD.

Medminder has been a godsend this past 2 years. They organize my meds and ship them on time, I never run out of meds I always have more than what I Need. But if you’re thinking about trying Medminder do it you won’t regret it. The machine, customer service and everything else is awesome
