Horrible. They never see you on your scheduled time, but will cancel your appointment if you’re late. It’s better to take your child to the ER rather than making a sick appointment and waiting 40 minutes to be seen and they’re not busy. They are unorganized, overbook appointments that the Drs can’t handle and will repeatedly send prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy after you make it clear where to send it. Last visit before this one, they gave my son a prescription before getting test results back - all to call me and tell me it came back negative and could stop giving him antibiotics. I would give this a 0 stars if I could.

It feels terrible to come back here. I made an appointment before coming, but every time I come I have to wait, people who come after me are still examined before me, even though I had an appointment and came early. When my husband came to ask a question, the staff called the baby into the examination room, after weighing and measuring height, we continued to wait. I think if I have to wait like this every time I come and have to be examined after the people who come after, what is the point of making an appointment. And I will not come back here again, the service is so bad, and I have not received any explanation or apology from this place.

All three of my kids have gone to this pediatric clinic since they were babies. They are now 13, 15, and 19. I travel 40 minutes because we moved, but I refuse to go anywhere else. The care my kids receive is so thoughtful and thorough. They go above and beyond to make sure my kids are healthy, and I appreciate that!

I love love love Medlock Pediatrics. I have 5 kids and I have been coming here for about 3 years now. The staff from the front office to the nurses are always amazing, helpful and friendly. Dr. Benson is absolutely amazing. She remembers details about my family when we talk during our appointmens. She is always on top of it. I came for an appointment when one of my twins were sick, she called the ambulance and we made it there just in time since my son was diagnosed with pneumonia. With her quick wit, care and attention to details, she has always had my sons best interests at heart. I truly do love and I'm grateful to be apart of the Medlock Pediatric family. Thank you all so much ❤️

I have a little more than 3 years bringing my children here is a very clean place and everyone is very friendly especially to Ingrid she is in the front office and Dr. Battle, Khelsea, Katherine and the other girls who take your vital signs are very friendly I recommend them.
