Medlock medical office building

I was there for 2 imaggin orders. They did call me to notify me of what I needed to do before each. The problem was when I went in and they mentioned one of the orders was not covered by my insurance and I had to pay $900 out of pocket. I declined that procedure and told them I wished they had told me this over the phone. I waited an hour to be seen for the second imagging and in the room they say ask if I'm covered to get the 3D? I'm sitting there with the gown on and I don't know what she means. She asked if they discussed it with me in the waiting room and I said No. Nothing was given to me to prepare for the visit apparently. So I had to step out in the gown and make insurance calls. I understand that they don't know your coverage but preparing patients should be part of their job. I
