I have been going to this medi quick for years . I recommend this place over most all. The nurses doctors all are quick and efficient. Very little wait time even if there is a full waiting room. There is not a place around that can accommodate they way they can great hours open sundays and always not once did I meet a rude or distracted nurse or doctor . 5 star all day every day .

Wheee do I start? I spoke and saw the receptionist longer than the actual doctor (Walter Kupson) when he did come see me I was told the symptoms I was experiencing were common. Wasn’t until I started questioning it that in his words “ I did a quick google search “ and it was determined the symptoms were actually not common at all. Furthermore, no lab test were done, no x rays, just a quick google search to treat me. You would think after him finding out my symptoms were not common, he would refer me to a specialist right? Well NO. I had to ask for a referral LOL. It felt like they just wanted to get the money from my insurance and send me on my way. I was going to request actual test be done but at this point I didn’t trust there experience or resources to be reliable and just wanted to ge

Dr.Brad asked me to go in the following day for a shot. Went back and unfortunately he was not there so I was seen by a PA and rude nurses. She refused to follow Dr. Brads instructions and said it wasn’t necessary. She acted like it was a bother for her. She also kepts mentioning the cost. Who cares about the cost she wasn’t paying for it. It was my insurance. The nurse was very racist and treated me poorly. No compassion at all. I wish Dr. Brad was the only one there. I feel bad he has to work with incompetent coworkers.

Never have I ever had a experience like this one I went in today feeling really sick pretty sure it was the beginning of a sinus infection I’ve taken multiple different ways to make myself feel better especially being a mom to a 3 month old it’s difficult. No I went in and got told I have a upper respiratory infection and the provider Walter Kupson, DO told me to just take saline spray to blow the mucus out and when I asked for even prednisone to help me feel alittle comfortable he said just drink caffeine. For one I can’t have energy drinks I’ll have a heart attack and two coffee legit has contents of dairy in it hence would make mucus worse not better. I work in a ent office for one I know the symptoms of a sinus infection since that’s how I got it 🤦🏼‍♀️ and I’ve had multiple sinus infec

Day 1 was new to us had no idea what to expect. All the nurse's we had, were wonderful, made us feel we were the only patients they had, no one was in a hurry, inc the Dr. I WOULD recommend any one,to Wound Care, who needed to feel they were Definitely in the right place. If hospitals took that care of their patients they would be better off. My husband was in the hospital for a week, came home, ended going to wound care for 2 months due to a BAD sore on his but, do to inferior nurses care. I no they feel they are over worked, bull, they don't care, like they should. Hospitals have a lot of nurses, some are standing around, talking & laughing. My husband has been in a wheelchair, for over a year, in hospitals quite a few times, I have talked to nurses, they pay no attention. Thanks, hope
