MEDIQ Urgent Care

Made an appointment online for 10:33am. Filled out registration and all paperwork online before my appointment. Got here at 10:31am and pretty quickly went back to a room with nurse. As of 11:25am I've been sitting here in this room and still havent seen a doctor. Update.....doctor finally came in at 11:34a. Doc was super nice. Got to the bottom of it quickly and sent me on my way.

They didnt have to see me they arent a dentist office and i was having a dental emergency but out of the kindness of their hearts they took me on anyways, everyone there was so calm and kind and really you just feel instant relief feeling safe in their hands. The front desk lady even helped me find a dentist nearby that would work with my budget and insurance. It felt amazing being around people who actually cared to help me and paid attention to what I was saying about my problem . They are simply a hidden gem and I will be going back for any none related dental emergency. Keep being awesome guys your doing amazing !!!

This location has always been extremely professional and clean. I like that you can reserve a time to be seen ahead of time and complete registration and check in paperwork. We’ve never had to wait than 15-20 minutes. They also offer Saturday hours as well as being open during inclement weather when most are closed. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience recently at MEDIQ Urgent Care. The environment was clean and orderly. All services-customer and medical- were timely, professional and thorough. Everyone patiently listened. The PA went above and beyond, even scheduling a follow-up appointment for the same day with a specialist. Thank you MEDIQ. You earned these gold stars!!!

MEDIQ Urgent Care was able to work me in right away!!! Everyone took great care of me and David was able to come up with a plan to help me feel better!!! Highly recommend!!!
