I wish I could give 10 stars! I needed a medical bed and lift chair urgently for a senior I care for, and Media Plus went above and beyond. They took my order and delivered everything within just a few hours of my call. They have no idea how truly amazing they are—absolute lifesavers! I highly recommend them!

A very good experience. Had to rent viva lift elegance recliner on 2 different occasions. Without this chair my first few weeks after hip replacement surgery would have been a disaster. Able to sleep comfortably from day one. Even has a lumbar. Also great customer service. After my wife's surgery we were not prepared. I called them at 3pm on a Wednesday and it was delivered the next morning. I may buy this chair for myself.

My wife was coming home after a 5 day stay in the hospital. I ordered a recliner on 12/23/25 and wanted it delivered the next day when she was due home. No problem they said and delivered it on time on christmas eve before her arrival. The delivery and placement was expertly handled by one courteous and careful young man. Tight corners? No problem and no scratches. Very impressed. Communicating about extensions of the rental period was easy as was the pick up. Customer friendly and attentive throughout the two month rental. My wife loved the chair. It was her bed for the first two weeks. Highly recommended for both the product and service.

Customer service is very kind during a difficult time and we needed help. They provided a sense of relief when dealing with post operation logistics. Our rental recliner chair was perfect and in amazing condition. The price is reasonable and well worth the peace of mind to ensure comfort for our home patient. Delivery and set up was also easy and kind. Highly recommend!!

I’ve used Mediplus Home Health services on three separate occasions when we had the need for a hospital bed and a lift chair after surgery. Delivery and pick up were completely handled including setup and breakdown of bed and chair. Everything was very clean and in like new condition. I highly recommend this company should anyone have the need.
