Medina Meadows Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation

Medina Meadows is a wonderful facility. My most recent interactions with them are in my role at Turas Hospice and Palliative Care. Every staff member I have run into has been very friendly and seem happy, even offering to help point me in the right direction in the building. Holly, Steve, and TC have been so kind and inviting, and Kim the activity director is great with her residents as well! I was there yesterday running an activity and it seems like their residents are happy as well! I look forward to returning. My grandma briefly had a stay there as well, and she enjoyed it and was taken care of very well, the therapy was great too.

I tend to be word, so I will cut to the chase. Read RECENT reviews. So much has happened over the years at Medina Meadows. If there were negatives years ago, I can attest that there should be few, if any, now. My stepdad has been at Medina Meadows since Aug 2024. We are more than satisfied with his care there. From the top all the way through the staff there do their utmost to take care of our loved one and see to safety & well-being. The therapy dept is excellent, as is the activities, as well as the business office, kitchen, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance - all are excellent at what they do. And I am not forgetting the nursing staff. Whether it is an RN or other certified caregiver, I have been nothing but pleased with their care of my stepdad. I am sure there are a few who do not gi

My dad has been here twice now and I’ve been impressed with the care and attention he’s gotten. From the front desk to the nursing staff to the therapy staff, everyone has been wonderful. The facility is clean and well kept.
