People here are great they do their jobs they don't just come see what u want they also talk to u laugh with u I been here for while I live here the ones in activities are great people very nice they do alot

Your driver picking up people from dialysis, parks in front of door for a half hour. Ugh, sign says pick up and drop off only.. makes it tough for others cause he is lazy.

We’ve had several friends stay here for short and long term stays. They are always very happy with their care. That is the most important indicator of a great care facility. One of our friends was in for the last years of her life. Her husband visited at least once a day and came to know the staff personally. He always spoke highly of the staff he came to know.

This was my first experience with Medilodge TC. It was very positive. Not only was the staff great with us as a new client, but they appeared to treat other residents with respect. 3 days later, we had our care conference, and everyone I met was very attentive to our needs. I have worked with other facilities and did not walk away with the same positive feelings. If you need the experience of a rehab facility, you should definitely check out Medilodge TC.

First visit today to help a friend. Had heard bad things about it in the past. Was pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly, it was clean, and my friend seemed pleased with the services she is receiving. I saw that it is now a Sheldon property which I've had wonderful experiences with in Hudsonville. My only criticism is the bathroom was a mess, garbage on the floor. She had not had her morning wash up yet, so I'll give the busy team the benefit of the doubt there. I'm sure they are understaffed like everyone else.
