Medilodge of Shoreline

Our previous case manager told us to bring my loved one here for short-term rehab, and our expectations have not been fulfilled. The staffing is short, and patients wait for hours to have their soiled undergarments changed. Never again would I recommend or send my loved one here. PT members are rude and don't communicate with the family at all about the patient's progress. Very rarely is there nursing staff at the desk and an administrative assistant in the office. Patients and families call and have to leave several voicemails, and never get a response in a timely manner. There are many other facilities out there that actually care for your loved ones and want them to get better. If you care for your loved one and want them to get stronger and heal, DO NOT send them here.

A great place to stay for rehabilitation. Staff is friendly, professional, compassionate and carrying. Thank you all for everything you did to make my time with you exceptional. ✌️❤️

I have my sister as a patient after a stroke, I find the staff very nice and helpful, not just that but the care giver Zaneta she is exceptional very experienced helpful hard working my sister loved her and she responded very well with Zaneta, she gave my sister the first real bath since two months , my sister was smiling for the first time since her stroke. Thank you every one in Medilodge of Shoreline 😘

My mom was at the facility for almost a year. Late stage Alzheimers dementia. There are some wonderful staff at this location. Then, some are not so wonderful. My mom had a one on one aid 24/ 7. Some aids would actually take time, do her nails, take her for a walk around the facility. Others just sat there, barely interacting with her. That hurt my heart.Doing just the bare minimum. At times the lack of communication was frustrating. But, I am greatful, I could not longer provide the care she deserves and needed.

The staff and administration is vindictive and in my case I left because when I reported abuse they treated me as if I'd done something..I would never recommend a horrible place like this..The staff will hurt you in many ways..The place is full of drama and fights..I was attacked in the dining room and they did nothing to protect me..I've moved to another facility and am treated kindly here..but id never ever send even my worst enemy here..its that bad..If you truly love the one your putting into care,then i'd seriously stay away from Medilodge of the shoreline..A lot of the residents upon being treated so cruelly have left..I cant blame them ..its a very dangerous situation.
