Medikids Pediatric Medicine

I like the doctors but they are strange when it comes to appointments. You will have an appointment at 12pm and not be called in until 1pm. I’m not sure why they don’t just do walk ins only. I have NEVER been called at the time of my appointment. (I’m currently in the office as we speak, with an appointment scheduled for 12pm and it’s 12:47pm and I have yet to be called, I was the only one here for quite some time and now they’re full.)

Love this place been coming here since my children were small

I would have put 5 starts but every time I call they don’t pick up . What’s going on? But I have to say DV Jimenez it’s amazing. He explains things really well. My kids interact well with him.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I have been trying to contact the office for 2 weeks and no one picks up. My issue is trying to get my daughter’s medical records and when I was able to speak with a staff member originally he told me he couldn’t send it the staff member responsible wasn’t there. This is highly irresponsible of the office and staff members. Other pediatric offices will not take a new patient without their medical records! Horrible horrible
