Everyone at the Medicine Center is always friendly and consistent. Coming from Acme pharmacy it is a total opposite! Not only do they care for me in the drive thru biscuits are given to my dogs. It has a hometown feel

Make the customer feel like a small mom-and-pop hometown pharmacy still

Horrible place. Mom went to go pick up medicine after the doctor called at 11. So she called at 1 and they said it will be ready at 2. Got there at 3 said they needed 20 more minutes okay thats fine so we waited. But then went back into line for 15 mins more . Got up to the counter and they asked which medication do u want ? What do you think? All of the medication that the doctor called in. Then they said it’ll be another 20 minutes? How about give the people the right time to pick up and not keep adding more time to wait.

Why if I have 11 refills of asthma inhalers, am I being told that I have been getting too many refills? 11 refills is one refill a month, right? I was told on the last refill that I needed to go back to the doctor to get steroids, because I was getting one refill a month. Don't worry, I'm afraid to order a refill now, so I'll just go without the medicine I need, thanks.just to reply to the representative that sent a reply, they do not have a doctor working there, so, the pharmacists are trying to prescribe different medicine without a doctor's ok? Illegal
