Louisville Medical Center

I have been a patient at Louisville Medical Center for two years. While I am impressed with Dr. Hoffman, the rest of the patient experience falls extremely flat. I purposely schedule my appointments for the first thing in the morning to avoid delays, because I have to return to my job following the appointment. On several occasions, my wait to see Dr. Hoffman has been excessive and on one earlier occasion I have left before seeing the doctor. Today, a similar occurrence took place. My appointment was for 8:15 AM. I arrived at 8:05 AM to complete the necessary paperwork. I was taken to a room and waited until 9:05 AM, before I became frustrated enough to leave the room and ask how much longer of a wait. Dr Hoffman is the best he got my COPD better so that I'm not on steroids every month. still tough when I get sick takes forever to get better. but he takes good care of me when Im sick. he got my type 2 diabetes in control also. Dr Hoffman also has helped me with my neuropathy, finding me a medicine that helps . so I can sleep at night

My primary physician retired and recommended Dr. Turgeon. I'm very pleased with the care provided by Pioneer Physicians. They're courteous and prompt. It's nice to be able to contact them anytime with questions. Patrick

Dr. Hoffman wowed me, again, today as a chronic pain patient who has been seeing him as my PCP for the last several years. I came to see him as I have been suffering immensely with debilitating symptoms associated with my diagnoses, not knowing what or if he could do anything for me. He listened to me cry, came up with a new plan, and offered triggered point injections on the spot so I could at least attempt some immediate relief. I often feel so dismissed and pushed aside as an individual with “invisible” illness, but Dr. Hoffman continues to make me feel very cared about. Thank you once again for taking the time to help me. It means more than I could express to you.

The entire staff is wonderful and friendly. I feel so lucky to have the support and high level of care they provide to me. The chiropractors are so good its shocking and it’s hard to describe the joy I get from an area of pain disappearing that has been there for years. They have had multiple breakthroughs with me which are life changing both mentally and physically. They have a goal to straighten my spine out and fix the other area which really makes me happy. The doctors give me injections to special nerve endings which allow me to go work out and stretch ,etc.
