Medicine Center Pharmacy

Wanted to inform you that Pharmacist Austin is a valued employee. Very professional and kind. I came back to the Medicine Shop to get my second booster shot. I have never experienced anyone that could give a shot and never feel the needle. He definitely could benefit from a well deserved raise. Good employees are hard to find.

I needed my 4th and last COVID shot today. I can hardly walk around anymore. My knees are ruined. The pharmacist was wonderful 👍 and brought my shot out to my car. I think his name is Austin(?). The staff here has never disappointed me. He was totally painless too. Thank you so much. Janet

Use to love this place until they started all their deliveries out of Louisville. Now they have poor service. . Usually end up picking up my prescriptions and now it seems they wait till the last minute to deliver. They forgot my sons seizure meds packet for delivery was told I could pick it up after 1:30 now was told it was changed till after 5 so disappointed in them keep hoping things change for the better soon

You really want to trust the people that handle your medicine. Nope! Hubby was a holdout and gave chance after chance. Moving to Walgreens! They also have no idea how to be kind. Best wishes!
