Medicine Box Pharmacy

Been using this place for over 5 years. Insurance wouldn’t cover new prescription and cost over 600. Got the medicine and the guy at the drive thru window said that we cannot come back and get money back from them if insurance winds up covering it in the future and then mentioned we could have gotten a coupon from the pharmaceutical company. Not gonna keep using them if they are going to tell us after we have already paid, that we could’ve saved money. Going to Ingles from now on cause sometimes supporting local small business gets unfriendly and when someone rubs it in your face like this, it’s time to move on and not give them anymore money.

Quick,easy, and friendly. Their saltwater fish tank is nice to look at while waiting.

I would just like to know why a patient that needs opiates on a monthly basis is treated so much differently in the store and on the phone. I have been in a circumstance in both places. I understand all the excuses that are given to me about my opiates but I feel like I am targeted because #1 I have been reminded twice that I don’t get a lot of other ( non opiate ) medications with the opiates each month. My husband also gets his ( non opiate RXs there also). So between both of us we should have plenty to make up for my 1 opiate monthly I now receive! Do you have a requirement on non opiate RXs each month to be filled in order to get your opiate filled each month? If so I need to be explained to please. I do respect your pharmacist but have no idea why this issue keeps happening.

This is now the second time that I've picked up my child's medicine and it's wrong. The first time I got down the road and open the bag to realize that I was given someone elses medicine. Some man's sleeping medicine for my 5 year old! Now they have given him 10mg medication when he is prescribed a 4mg. It's on the bottle! Clearly says 4mg. If I wasn't sure a worry some mom, who knows what could happen. I check everything before giving it to him. So with this being said. When I checked his medicine tonight before giving it to him I realized it was not the same shape or color. But clearly his information on the bottle. This is literally life or death with medication my child needs and one of them are messing up by putting the wrong medicine in the bottles!

My go to place for $1 glasses since I cannot keep up with mine, ever. The store is always clean and well organized. Workers are friendly.
