Dr. Hall and staff are good folks who do professional service with a smile and friendly conversation (you know, the muffled kind when you're trying to reply with your mouth propped wide open, but that comes with any dental experience, I reckon). And thanks for your good work too, Brook!

Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. The dental assistant Karsyn answered questions and was very professional and made me feel at ease. My teeth were also cleaned while at the office. Alexis did an awesome job.

The front office staff can be downright rude. If you call to cancel or reschedule an appointment they can be quite hateful and I mean both of them. The rest of the staff is OK but one of the hygienists can be quite short with you at times. It is hard to get an appointment, however a few of the associates act as if it is the end of the world if you do not come in ON THE ABSOLUTE FIRST AVAILABLE DATE!! You do need to consider how absolutely wonderful Dr. Hall is because he outweighs every bit of what I just said. He is absolutely wonderful. He is kind, thoughtful and very personable. Dr. Hall is absolutely the most wonderful dentist I have ever been to and I am no spring chicken. LOL!

I used to be fine here, but lately they have really become difficult to deal with. I've been cancelled on 3 times due to Dr Hall calling out sick and that wouldn't be an issue if I wasn't then told they were booked on appointments. So now I have to wait a long time when it was not my fault the appointment was cancelled in the first place. And to top it off, the staff are rude about it. I am sorry that I have a job and can not come at the drop of a dime to make up for their cancellation for the 3rd time. I schedule far in advance so I can work around my job's schedule. Not acceptable.
