Dentist upstairs is very unsanitary the gloves the lady used had a very foul and strong odor literally smelt and tasted like when you floss and smell your floss, made me almost want to puke. gloves shouldn’t taste like that. Also flossed very rough

I'm so glad that I can come here and feel comfortable because there's someone bilingual that speaks Spanish that can communicate with the Hispanic community. My friends and I that come here are thankful to have an employee such as him.

Very slow doctor's here. They absolutely take their time and are almost never on time despite making an appointment months in advance. They don't seem to care. The front desk position always has someone new there too, so you know this place has issues. Communication is horrid to say the least. I've been coming here for 5 years, same address same insurance everything. Today they told me they don't have a scanned copy of my insurance after asking me if I still have Cigna lol what? Unbelievable. Did lab work 2 months ago and the doctor doesn't even have a copy of it so they asked me to do it again while I'm here?!? But red flag. And while you wait in these rooms 20-30 mins to see the doctor for 5 mins, you get so hot because they have no cool air circulation or fans going on in here. Don't h

Horrible customer service. I’ve never left a bad review for any company in the 30 years of my life but this pharmacy has one of the worst pharmacy techs I’ve ever come across. When you jeopardize patient care all because of some personal issue/dispute, there is something seriously wrong and should be held responsible for your actions. Just because you think something is deemed “permissible”, yet not “mandated”, ( like a transfer for example, or not wanting give someone their refill after 4pm after the patient called and already told you they were on the way and was told they closed at 5:30, never mentioning anything about 4pm, and got there at 4:01 on a Friday , and then letting them sit on hold after they called to complain until 5:30 when you close when there was not one patient in the p
