Medicap® Pharmacy

They said my meds were ready when I called. They were supposed to be in blister packs and they weren't. They weren't ready. I waited ANOTHER 45 minutes. They aren't organized or particularly interested in good customer service. The shelves are almost completely empty so I'd not even recommend them for OTC. Best bet, use ANYONE else.

Worst damn pharmacy I have ever dealt with absolutely absurd And then, of course, when I asked to speak to the actual pharmacist, they were conveniently on break, even though three seconds prior, they were speaking to The pharmacist and I could clear his day hear them. What a joke.

Everything in the beginning was FANTASTIC. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST BUNCH OF PEOPLE EVER. DO NOT NEED SCRIPTS THAT YOU NEED FOR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. I WOULD NOT LET ANY ONE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY BEED COMPASSIONATE WORKERS!!

This Pharmacy take time to offer your one on one consultation to meet your personal health goals. This is very important and appreciate it.

Pharmacist cost us both time and money, all while being terribly rude. Switched to a new pharmacy which was able to properly apply insurance, provide the same medication with a shelf life significantly longer (3 month expiration instead of 2 weeks!) than she could, and did it all while being pleasant. I'm surprised this place is still in business, given their "customer service" skills.
