Medicap Pharmacy

I had to wait 3 months for the necessary medical equipment. I was put off with excuses after excuse. I had to make all th necessary phone calls to medical facilities in end. The people were rude. In the end the pharmacist himself lied to me saying they had tried to text me but ha the wrong number as I waited for the equipment when he had called me exactly one week before as shown in my medical journal. If I had not gone in to check in person I would still be waiting just out of their spiteful abuse of an abused and disabled person.

Wow, I am beyond impressed with the service I received tonight!!! I was having an issue with a prescription and instead of me having to call around and figure it out, Savannah offered to do all of it for me. She was SO kind and helpful. I am seriously so impressed..I don’t ever expect employees to go so out of their way to help me, yet that’s exactly what Savannah did. Thank you!!! This was my first experience with Medicap and I now will be staying here.

I have used medicap for YEARS now. Very rarely have I had ANY sort of issue, and if I did, it was quickly and effeciently resolved. These folks have gotten me through struggles more times than my friends and family. I almost said "I love you" as I hung up from our conversation today. Hey Medicap, I love you!!

I want to compliment Ryan at the Indianola Medicap as today I visited there and was upset and snarky as my Eliquis copay was expired and wanted it fixed! Ryan quickly talked to me, explaining how it worked and letting me know, “we will get this worked out” I was so pleased as he is always so calming and thorough. He made a copy of my document and said for me to go ahead and he would call them. I think before I got home I had a voicemail from him explaining the situation and to let him know if I had any questions. It is all resolved, I am not surprised as every time I have worked with him it is great. Ryan is a credit to himself and Medicap! Thank u for such an exceptional, caring pharmacist!

I am a tour director who was in town just for a couple of days with a large group. I had an elderly woman who needed to rent a wheelchair for the event we were attending. It was difficult to find a wheelchair to rent anywhere, but when I called MediCap we struck GOLD! The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating, when we picked up the wheelchair. I was concerned about returning the wheelchair, as we were on a very tight schedule with our tour group. The pharmacist, Nancy, graciously gave me her personal cell phone number and said to just give her a call and she would arrange for us to meet after hours and return the wheelchair.
