Amazing, professional, understanding staff! We were in a pinch about a bracket falling off and they got us in promptly and were very reassuring about the situation! I would also like to add they are always on time. Even if I show up early they get him in and out! I have never had to wait for anything! Very easy process! We feel wanted and respected within this business. I refer all my friends and family here!

Always very friendly and easy to work with. They are great with kids and the results are AMAZING!! The offices are always clean and inviting. They are also great when it comes to scheduling. If issues come up they are great at getting you in or help in whatever way needed to resolve the problem. I highly recommend CIO.

We have been having a fantastic experience with our daughter getting braces! The team here is incredibly friendly and efficient — we never feel rushed, they took the time to walk us through multiple treatment options to find what was best for her. We also really appreciated the welcome package with essentials to get us started. Being able to use our flex pay made the process even easier to do monthly payments. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch orthodontic care!

Brought my 8 year old here because after tons of research, I wanted her to have an expander. Each staff member we’ve encountered has been friendly, kind, and very easy to work with. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and have been great with my kiddo! 10/10 would recommend.
