Medicap® Pharmacy

Called in to see if they had a product. I need to treat my father, got voicemail that said that they were too busy to answer my call and to leave a message. So I looked at their hours and headed up to the store. Only to arrive to a sign saying that it was going to be 45 minutes before they were going to be open again. This is not posted on their website or a part of their voicemail.

It is Friday November 21, and I got here at 5:30pm. The pharmacy supposed to be open until 6 pm yet at 5:30 they were closed. This is unacceptable especially when prescription drugs are needed.

I want to thank Gene for his assistance with a question about a compound medicine. He was very knowledgeable and explained it . My grandson has eczema and Gene gave me some very good information and was very kind. I have never had a pharmacist take the time like that. Thank you Gene!! You are greatly appreciated…

My son is being treated with a month of antibiotics for Lyme and it was important to me that it tasted good (3 doses a day!) and didn’t contain red dye or corn syrup like in the traditional blend. I spoke with Gene who compounded the meds to our liking and while there was an added cost, my son has NO trouble with the meds and I have more peace of mind! He was nothing but kind and we received our Rx in a timely matter over Thanksgiving week when everything everywhere was busy.

How dare this business treat their patrons this way. My mother was a regular customer and she asked Gene to order her a special prescription and was very specific. When she went to pick it up she asked to look at it and it was not correct, they began to raise their voice when she said they didn't look right and so she said she would call her doctor and ask them if this would do. Her doctor said it would not and so Gene yelled at her and told her to get out and she was never welcome in the store again as they were closing her file. This is absolutely unacceptable, my mother called me shaking as she has never been thrown out of a store before. I wouldn't recommend you going here unless you want a pharmacist who is going to force you to take the wrong medicine simply because he ordered wrong!
