The whole staff is friendly and courteous. We followed Sudah when she left the other pharmacy because she is the greatest. Have never had an issue and will never use another pharmacy over them. Medications are always ready and rarely do we have to wait to get them filled.

You should be ashamed of yourselves. Price gouging the people of Boone, delaying med orders because I would not pay you 100$ for a 40$ perscription without medicare approval which you won't accept. Yes we went to Wal-Mart Ames who had the script that we needed that Walmart Boone recommended, whom accepted insurance when you would not. You are greedy, money hungry, self serving off of sick people, entities that need no business ever within Boone. What is wrong with your business that you charged a disabled senior 100$ for a medicare approved medication and yet you said it doesn't matter you pay 100$. No, we went to Ames Walmart. I will find your owners and general manager tomorrow and thell them exactly what they are supporting, you cut throat, greedy people, need to be avoided at all cost

Friendly and efficient staff. The pharmacist, Sudah, has been amazing for our family. She is very caring and knowledgeable.
