A truly wonderful facility and such an answer to prayer! Even with our very limited means, they not only made room for my grandmother when we had very few options, but also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with open arms. Truly a gift from God; my heart feels so grateful knowing my grandmother receives such kind, compassionate care. You can tell they have invested much time and energy into making Medicalodge feel like a home away from home - from the aviary, to the various activity rooms, all the way to the outdoor playground and gardens - you can feel God's love throughout! Tracy, the executive director, despite having many responsibilities, made herself personally available to answer any questions or concerns as we settled in, and can always be found with a smile on her face

Rarely have I ever been so impressed as with the head of laundry services. OH MY GOODNESS, what an awesome person she is! She has a natural talent to make you feel part of the "inside" although we are still limited to the outside. I know she looks after my mother personally! What a tremendous feeling of inclusion! Thank you!

Will NOT ever recommend this facility to anyone! My mother is in this facility for an accident last year. The management team takes your concerns and throws them in the trash and never returns your calls when you have concerns for your family member. They are always short staffed and doesn’t answer the call lights in a decent timely manner making patients wait. These concerns need addressed.

Very good care, family friendly environment. Encouraging activities and community involvement(with the preschool). The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. Good food and exercise opportunities. Residents here receive a holistic approach to care we very much appreciate.

I love this facility! When our clients need therapy, they get the best compassionate therapy with this staff! Thank you for making our work easier as DSW's.
