Medical Village Pharmacy

This use to be the best pharmacy ever when Ron and Jim was over it. Since they have retired it has went down hill! Now if the owner Kelly is there then it usually goes right but if she isnt then nothing goes okay. I spoke to these people for days about my antidepressants and I sent two different people to go get them. Well here it's been days and Im starting to have panic attacks because I still don't have my medicine. So thank you so much Medical Village! I hope none of you ever need important medicine and can't get it.

I cannot believe it took me so long to switch from a chain pharmacy. There is no phone tree when you call Medical Village Pharmacy. They have a very simple to use mobile app that has a chat feature that connects you with an employee (that actually works there!!) for non-emergent questions. There is never a long line no matter when you go to pick up your medications (at least not since I have been, and I've been at various times on various days, including Saturday). The employees at Medical Village Pharmacy are so kind and helpful, and they don't appear to hate their job unlike those who work at the chain pharmacies. Locally owned and operated by the pharmacist, she is super nice ,and she knows her business. All the staff there are super nice, and Aim to please let's keep small businesses from closing!

They always take forever to fill prescription or sometimes do not have in stock. They say ready in 30 mins and when you go there, they have not even filled it. Or the infamous, " we haven't received your Prescription yet" but it's just been sitting in their system. They just need better communication and keeping their words when they say it'll be ready.
