Conover Dental

When I tell you the staff here is the very best I mean it. A massive shout out to Dr. Meadows and the assistant (I feel horrible I didn’t catch her name but she was so incredibly kind) that took two of my wisdom teeth out. I had a bad experience elsewhere and both of them were amazingly understanding and supportive and made sure I was okay the entire time. The best dental care I’ve ever had.

My first visit has by far been the best dentist visit in my 33 years of life. I’ve always loved the dentist despite a few horror stories. I came in earlier than my scheduled appointment as the staff was constantly calling with openings due to cancellations. The receptionists were kind and professional. The xray tech was awesome. My hygienist, Brianne, spent more time cleaning my teeth than I’ve ever experienced in my life! And, Dr. Springer was great. She measured the depth between each tooth/gum to have a baseline reference to keep an eye on tooth/bone/gum health over time. I have never had this done between dentists in FL, WV, and NC. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was. 12/10 would recommend to anyone that asked!!

Yesterday I had my first appointment with Conover Dental for a cleaning and exam and it was wonderful! I was greeted with a big smile at the front desk and the lady that checked me out was so nice. My hygienist Brianne was hands down the best I've ever had. Conversation was great and she kept checking to make sure I was doing ok and not having any discomfort. Dr. Meadows came in to check everything and he was super friendly and easy going. I know some people get super anxious about dentists but this place is the best. If you are looking for a new dental office make an appointment here!

My daughter and I went to this dentist facility, even though it's always booked to get in. My teeth cleaning was done by an inexperienced young woman, who never offered me something to numb my gums until I had to ask for it which shows zero perspective and emotional intelligence. Always feels like a cattle call, every visit feels rushed, rooms are cramped, the front desk girls are not very nice and the LAST STRAW was me going late last year for my check up with complaints of tooth pain only for to be told it was nothing. I had my first visit today at Graystone Family Dental next to Catawba hospital and they found I have a bad cavity behind my tooth that needs to be extracted. They took the time to listen to me and inspect further until he finally found my pain issue. I COULD LITERALLY CRY,

On October 22, I had the pleasure of going to Conover dental and believe me it was a pleasure. The staff were attentive and immediately made me feel at ease withtheir big smiles and hellos I was seen by Dr. Chelsea springer and I had a sense of trustworthiness, decisiveness and capableness in her for a dentist, and she immediately came up with a plan of treatment for me to save my teeth, which I was very grateful for and her main interest is the good of the patient when I left the office, it was not goodbye. Have a good day come again they gave me a photocopy of my x-rays and the teeth in question were clearly marked. A plan of treatment was on that photocopy along with the cost, which made me very grateful because there was no questions when I left i would definitely recommend this practi
