Medical Tower Pharmacy

The best pharmacy I've ever used and the perfect example of why local neighborhood businesses are so important and vital to community. So sad they aren't accepting my insurance anymore but would recommend anyone whose insurance is accepted use them. Have never once had a bad experience.

Just changed to Medical Tower Pharmacy from a big chain pharmacy around the corner. With my new Medicare part D plan, it is actually less expensive with Medical Tower than it is with the mega-chain place. Extremely friendly service, with very well stocked retail shelves with nothing locked up. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Beyond negative experience with the owner. I’ve used this pharmacy for over a year with no issues, but without any prior notice I was suddenly told they could no longer fill my prescription through my insurance and that my only options were to pay out of pocket or wait several days for another pharmacy. When I spoke with the owner, he claimed a letter had been sent notifying me of this change, but I never received anything. He also contradicted himself by saying he didn’t know there was an issue until I walked in. This made the situation feel dishonest. He took no accountability for the lack of communication or for leaving me without medication, instead repeatedly questioning who would “pay for the medication,” as if his business and insurance issues were my responsibility as well as ac

I love Medical Tower Pharmacy. The pharmacists are great and they really care about you. Medical Tower is prompt with all prescriptions and will order anything for you. They have great greeting cards and keep well stocked. I get my inoculations there- Flu, Covid, etc. with reasonable appointment availability. They will deliver locally. I am so happy I switched (years ago already) from a large pharmacy.

Interesting to see someone leave a bad review Medical Tower is a family owned small local Pharmacy that service so many in the community they have always provided top notch service going above and beyond to personally answer any questions I have had regarding certain medications. With all the big conglomerates closing locations throughout the city Medical Tower still stands strong. To the person who wrote the bad review due to the fact Medical Tower could not accept their insurance your gripe is with the Insurance industry and their predatory billing tactics at what point would you think it benefits a small local pharmacy deny you service! Next time you should think before you right such an asinine review!
