Medical Plaza

This is a medical building. The people that goes there like me is because we have a medical issue. As soon as you enter the parking structure you are being mistreated by the parking attendants. Giving orders in a loud and rude manner. Not respecting people’s age or medical condition. The parking is expensive and they punish you with $5 extra if you don’t leave your keys so they can move your car. They have 2 small signs about it. They don’t ask u for the keys or remind you that u have to leave the keys. They just charge with the extra $5. When u request to speak to the manager one of the attendees states that he is the manager. When u want to make a complaint about this person he answers the phone listed in the parking ticket. Expensive parking, but you get what you get. Had to go here for an appointment with dermatologist Michael Borok, and left with the impression it's an absolutely awful practice. Had an initial appointment, had some pretty bad vibes, but went through with it regardless. Had a followup scheduled for two weeks later as the prescription wasn't working, but returned to find the door locked, and literally saw the doctor ignore my knocking, and leave through a different exit. Called the office and was told that they had left a voicemail to tell me they changed my appointment. Said I didn't receive any voicemails, and they accused me of giving them the wrong number. I asked them what number they used, and they said they didn't have anything written down. So, why did they say they left me a v

I refuse to park there because they ask you to leave your keys inside your car. Who would do that? Never have I heard of such a thing. Ever. A lot of times there's an open spot on the street in front or I usually park next door.

There is a new Quest Diagnostic Center at Suite 304. Very fast service.
