Medical City Arlington

The Entire Medical staffing from the Surgeon, Doctors, Trauma Staffing Rehabilitation Staffing and the Nutrition Dept have tremendously been such a blessing to me during my hospital stay. I spent Thanksgiving in Medical City Arlington during my recovery from a spinal surgery I must give Thanks to God for this Hospital and it's staffing. Discharged 12!10/25 Thanks 5th Floor Rehabilitation Therapy Unit for your expertise in Healthcare. The Nurses on this Unit are so Blessed with genuine concern for my health. I can only ask that the Highest CEO,President, Management, Supervisor please acknowledge the Nurses and Therapist on this 5th floor. Thank you Nurses: Wendy,Sarah,Mesha,Anna,Yemi,Karen. I've always had great care at MCA. Unfortunately I've been there too many times. But all of those times, things went well. I was there today, and I notice again, that the Texas flag is always sagging below the US flag. The two should be right beside each other, at the top of their poles. I really hope this can be corrected. If its important to fly the flags, it should be important to fly them correctly. Thank you.

I recently had an MRI at Medical City Arlington and had a wonderful experience. Once I found a parking spot, everything was seamless. The concierge was so helpful at check-in, and a sweet volunteer even walked me to the correct hall. Registration was easy, and the radiology staff were professional and kind. I felt very well taken care of!

Communication from the hospital during pre-op was exceptional. I never had to wonder what my next step was. The volunteers were a delight. I loved having a private room while I waited to go into the OR. The nurses and phlebotomist were one-stick wonders whether taking blood or setting up for IV Sedation. I felt well cared for at every step of the process. I will enthusiastically recommend Medical City Arlington to those looking for a referral for a great hospital.

This hospital stay was pleasant thanks to the staff members of 1 east. Some of the people that really stood out Charity, Ezekiel, Liz Beth, Angel, Talia. Oh and let's not forget the team from the kitchen Renita and Glenicia. These people go out of their way to help you. They really are a prime example of what the Healthcare field should be about. Give them a raise! Thank you for being exceptional.
