We have been going to Dr Berry for almost 35 years. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Doctoring is her gift!! She has been able to diagnose issues better than the specialists. She has an amazing staff as well.

Unfortunately I had to leave 1 star in order to leave a review, deserves zero. I have been trying to get a hold of the clinic for a week now, minus ONE person that I have talked to everyone else has been rude and filled with nothing but attitude. I got the excuse that they are short staffed…. So is where I work?!?!? Yet we are still able to get the job done CORRECTLY, in a timely manner and we don’t take it out on the client! Whoever answers the phone definitely needs to look for a new job outside of customer service because she obviously hates working with people. **I was told I would get a call within the week, hasn’t happened, then today 05/01/25 was told they would give me a call before they close- again didn’t happen so I called back, nothing but attitude. Having been a patient of Dr Berry for over 22 years, obviously, I am very pleased with her care. Caring and very professional....I've never dealt with anything she could not give input both from the natural and medical camps. She is a good listener and really knowledgeable regarding Medicare. I discovered a compassionate supporter in her through a recent cancer diagnosis. I am in good hands🌹

Dr. Berry herself is fantastic! She’s very trustworthy and talks you through everything to ensure you’re at ease. Her front desk staff on the other hand is less than. Lots of miscommunication, lack of paying attention to details, and misinformation which is passed to the patient causing avoidable conflicts of schedules, delays (over a week I may add) in sending prescriptions to the right pharmacy, and other mishaps. I return due to my trust in Dr. Berry who truly cares for her patients and what they think. While her front desk staff seem to cause more trouble than help, I will continue to return for Dr. Berry herself.

I have been using Dr Berry for several years now. Each time she has gotten me back in good health. That’s why I continue to see her. She and her staff are friendly, pleasant, and helpful whenever I visit or need help. I can always count on Dr Berry to help me whenever I need medical help. Highly recommend her services!
