Medical Center Pharmacy

Maybe not the worst pharmacy ever but it will take 2nd place for sure🏆 I called to see if my prescription was ready. After I was sure nobody was going to answer someone finally picked up and I explained that I needed to check on a prescription then she transferred me and it rang for another eternity and it was a answering machine. If I'm not mistaken there was only two people behind the counter about 12 feet from each other but anyway, when you're suffering you ain't much in the mood for that stuff. So I waited till the the next day and drove there and they didn't have my prescription because they couldn't do it and couldn't get hold of my doctor. Who knows ? Guess they couldn't call me? This is my first time to try them my doctor chose them not me. Apparently he didn't read the reviews?

They just denied an elderly man his medicine cause he only had a passport and a concealed carry license. When I stated that a passport is a government I'd the manager yelled at me and told me to mind my own business and to mind my own business which is a serious violation of freedom of speech. When I complained about this place in the past my daughters medicine went from 20 a month to 80. Not the same pharmacy anymore. Plus there's always kids running around back there in the actual pharmacy area where they count the pills I really hope one of these little kids doesn't eat a pill off the ground

This use to be an excellent pharmacy but the staff has changed and they are non accommodating,rude and incompetent. Slow service unprofessional and rude would recommend another pharmacy

Make sure you’re there in plenty of time before they close. Close at 5pm, but even if you get there with 5 or so minutes to spare, they’ll already have the door locked and won’t allow you to get your medication. I

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever used. I used to be a pharmacy tech so I'm pretty patient and understanding - but this company is ridiculous. The staff is rude, they have NO communication so they won't warn you if a script is ready, out of stock or any insurance issues. The final straw was a prescription was sent to them that they apparently don't fill due to it being considered a medical equipment, which is fine, but I've been waiting TWO WEEKS only to learn they don't even fill it. No call, email, text - nothing to say try another pharmacy. They've gone down hill so fast I'm getting second hand embarrassment at their laziness and apathy.
