I’ve never actually been seen the Dr. before. I only called to schedule a appointment due to my OB informing me she’s been setup as my PCP! So I called to schedule an the receptionist informed me I owe for a appointment I canceled back in 2017 I only canceled cuz I didn’t actually make that appointment my OB did How could I owe for a appointment I cancelled if I informed you I couldn’t make it? Why not notify your patients ahead of scheduling “if you miss or reschedule you would have to pay on the next upcoming appointment or wouldn’t be able to reschedule without a payment?
