They work very slowly and drag out time; just for one oil change they delayed us for almost more than 3 hours.

My grandmother is a long time patient of this office so when I moved to the area I set up with my insurance company to also be a patient with this office. When I called to make an appointment the woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. She clearly did not want to be bothered with my phone call. She asked if I was already a patient there and I stated that my insurance company just added me and told me that they shouldn’t have done that because they weren’t accepting new patients then proceeded to HANG UP ON ME before I could even utter another word. I have never in my entire life had someone treat me so poorly when all I wanted to do was make a simple doctors appointment. How was I supposed to know that they weren’t accepting new patients if my insurance company said they were? If

I've been a patient here for most of my life. Sadly, this place has gone downhill. While Karen is a good PCP, the front desk staff are unhelpful and never return phone calls. Will be going elsewhere for primary care.

I’ve been going to this office for 20 years. Never had a bad experience. The doctors are always good, staffing are always polite. appreciate that I’m glad you’re there. Can’t imagine why anybody would say anything else.

Professional staff. Nice clean office. The PA is very knowledgeable, patient, and she listens to all my problems. I miss my old dr who retired, but she is an excellent substitute. Highly recommend.
