Dr. Kachelman is GREAT. The MEDICAL CENTER in Dublin is HORRIBLE!! The Nursing Staff while very nice to talk with, they do not get the job done as expected, prescriptions are very often called in wrong, it is like they were not even in the room while the Doc was talking...trying to leave a message on the phone is rediculous..you have "non- medical" staff Demanding that you tell them your personal Medical needs (which they have No qualifications) rather than just pass a simple msg onto your Nurse or Doctor. Be Smart..stay away from this place.

I saw Dr. Mirna Vega today for the first time. She was quite thorough and did a great job of explaining everything. I am happy that she was referred to me since I am looking for a new primary care physician. She is very pleasant and I can see this being a good doctor/patient relationship.

Dr. Vega is very unprofessional, rude, hostile and should not be there. I was told to be there as a first patient and I was early to my appointment only to wait for 45 minutes. I finally found an employee and stated that I needed to leave soon as Dr. Vega said I would only be there for 10-15 minutes to review bloodwork. She finally came in and no apology for the wait, the first thing that was said was “I sense there is some attitude in the room” I just looked at her and asked if we could go over my bloodwork. I asked her a question about it and she stated “I don’t have time to go over everything, you can google it” I was appalled and as soon as she said that I told her she could give me my papers and learn how to treat people. In the past we’ve had a great experience at Medical Center LLP with other doctors but recently I took my Mom there and she had to see Dr. Duke…. He is EXTREMELY rude. He entered the room finally after being an hour late for the scheduled appointment. He didn’t say a word, kept his head down looking at papers. My mother finally spoke up and said “Hi, you must be Dr. Duke”….. His reply was “I assumed you already knew that since you scheduled the appointment “…… there were other issues with the appointment but that reveals too much private information to include in this review but needless to say we will not be going back. If you go to Medical Center LLP, I would recommend asking for any other doctor in the group other than Dr Duke.

Dr. Vega is the worst doctor I’ve come across this year! She is my sister’s doctor and I had to call her for a “referral “(basically paperwork for the nursing home). She talked down to mean and would not listen to anything I had to say. I’m wondering if she treats my sister this way at her appointments. I’ve had to cancel a flight so I guess I’ll see first hand! Yes, she spent 10 minutes telling me something that I already knew and then terminated the call after saying that I was yelling at her. This doctor is delusional and should not have a medical license. I will be reporting her to the medical board!
