Everyone was really nice and polite. Starting with front desk receptionist Nadine, she greeted me with a smile, and was so helpful. The Medical assistance was very nice and polite. The doctors were very concerned about my well being. Doctor Hattar and PA Tiffany were awesome, They both took the time to go over everything with me. I would definitely recommended his place. Thank you all so much.

Dr. Majed Irziqat is truly one of the best physicians I’ve ever seen. He takes the time to actually listen, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. The entire visit felt thorough, professional, and reassuring. Highly recommend!

I have never been to an urgent care with better service than at medical Care. One in Ypsilanti. Tiffany and her staff made me feel comfortable, they were very informational and it just felt right. I've never been so comfortable in an urgent Care setting. I highly recommend that if you have to attend an urgent care, you send some one to this location.

I have been a patient in this Urgent Care for almost 4 years. The staff is friendly, polite, and professional. Doctors treat patients with respect and dignity. I personally have had bad experiences with other urgent cares where I feel like a walking wallet instead of a human being. This is not the case of Medical Urgent Care. They are always willing to help and take care of my health in the best possible way. They go above and beyond, and I highly recommend them because it is a place where they are 100% times professional. I took my sister to there today because she had a really back pain, and they took care of her and made sure she is going to be well.
