To the owner's reply to my review: I did receive a call regarding my complaint, however from regional mgmt I could not be sure. He said he actually physically worked at this Quest location (21 Woodland, Hartford, CT) and it was questionable that the caller was actually the original employee who denied me service. He said he was NEVER FORWARDED my complaint, just my first name and tel #, and wanted me to tell him the WHOLE STORY. He told me he knew exactly the employee I described in this horrendous service episode (was it him himself calling as if it wasn't, he certainly wasn't on duty that day). I have never received the detailed bill regarding the $10.00 I owed to this day, regardless of how many ways and times I've requested. So, a terrible follow-up review right back to the owner

On the 3 July 2021 was given an attitude by lab tech Donna Reynard the attitude and disrespectful guesture and tone was not. Nessacry I would not even send my dog to this building if his life depended on it if you are looking to be disrespected while trying to get your blood work done this is the place especially with Donna Reynard 🙌
